Our player development team consists of 3 college-educated, former student-athletes with a combined 14 years of high school and college playing experience, 4 years of coaching experience, and 4 years of training experience.

CLYBURN CUNNINGHAM IV
Founder, CEO, and Head Player Development Coach
Background:
Coach Cly graduated from Meade Senior High School in 2017 as a Varsity captain and MPSSAA 4A East Region Section I Champion, coming off a 2016 campaign that included a County Championship, a Regional Championship, and a State Finals run.
Shortly after, he accepted an academic scholarship to Georgetown University, from which he graduated in 2021 with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Immediately after graduating, Coach Cly jumped into coaching, starting with his alma mater Meade Mustangs' summer league team before accepting his first coaching position as a Head JV and Varsity Assistant Coach at Indian Creek School under his former coach, Pete Corriero.
After a year at Indian Creek, he accepted a role as a Player Development Coach for both the Varsity and JV teams at Archbishop Spalding, where he currently coaches.

If he isn't at a Spalding practice or game, or in the gym with an athlete, he's behind a computer working as a government Computer Scientist.
Quincy Cunningham
Co-owner
Background:
Coach Q graduated from the University of Maryland in 2022 with a B.A. in Psychology. He volunteered for UMD's Women's Basketball Team as a scout player and Player Development Assistant. Throughout his time working with the team, he worked with notable players like Diamond Miller and Angel Reese and learned from well-respected basketball minds like Coach Brenda Frese.

After a year with UMD, Coach Q accepted a job as a Graduate Assistant and Director of Basketball Operations for Purdue University Fort Wayne Women's Basketball, where he currently coaches.
D'Andre Cunningham
Co-owner & Chief Operating Officer
Background:
Dre is a Maryland native, who relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2012. He graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 2011 where he was a member of the Varsity basketball team that reached the Regional finals.

In addition to his executive role at 3 The Hard Way, Dre also co-owns one of the largest up-and-coming companies in the hair and beauty industry, Tomb45, which is based out of Tampa, Florida.
Malcolm Moses
Player Development Coach
Background:
Coach Malcolm graduated from Meade Senior High School in 2017 as a key contributor to Meade's MPSSAA 4A East Region Section I Championship team.
Following high school, Coach Malcolm took both his academic and basketball aspirations to the collegiate level, accepting an offer from Grove City College.
​
After a strong freshman season at Grove City, Coach Malcolm decided to focus on excelling academically and channeling his passion for the game into player dcvelopment. He moved back home and transferred to Towson University, where he'll graduate in 2023 with a B.S. in Exercise Science.
​
Today, when Coach isn't studying or putting an aspiring hooper through a workout, he's working as a Physical Therapist Technician.
Tyler Jiles
Player Development Coach
Coach Tyler graduated from Meade Senior High School in 2018 as a key contributor to Meade's MPSSAA 4A East Region Section I finalist team.

​Following high school, Coach Tyler accepted an offer to attend Goucher College where he played basketball and earned his degree in Business Management.
​
​After earning his degree, he joined the Freud Diablo team, where he helps businesses stay up to date with the latest technology and equipment.

Ron Talmor
Chief Technology Officer
Background:
Ron played 2 years of Junior Varsity and 2 years of Varsity at Monta Vista High School. He was a starter and Varsity basketball captain his senior year. He attended Georgetown University, graduating Cum Laude in 2021 with a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics.
In addition to his executive role at 3 The Hard Way, Ron works as a software engineer at Publicis Sapient.
